All orders will be shipped out within 72 hours of payment in the order and fashion it was recieved (Does not include weekends or Public Holidays).
Shipping and Handling Charges
Standard Shipping- Ships same or next business day.
All orders $50.00 and over recieve shipping free of charge.Any orders that must be corrected due to mistake of orderer may take longer shipping times than usual.
Return Policy
All orders that have a mistake made by orderer may recieve a new, corrected product if Gifts From the Heart's Customer Service Email is informed 48 hours from time order specifics were made. If the product ordered is shipped to recipient and a mistake is found due to fault of recipient, no refund or exchange may be made.
If a mistake is discovered by recipient that has been made by a Gifts From the Heart Author, they may recieve a full refund or exchange by choice of recipient if mistake is found reasonable by author.
